Romain Rue acts in business litigation, in particular on the occasion of disputes related to corporate transactions, as well as in criminal business law.
Prior to co-founding Boudet & Rue, Romain worked for eight years as an associate at Codet Chopin and Kalliopé, then alongside the former Chairman of Paris Bar, Francis Teitgen.
He is a member of the Institute of Financial and Criminal Tax Law (IDPF2).
He is fluent in English.
